# PWI Ads MCP data deletion

You can disconnect the app and ask PWI Digital to delete information associated with your connection.

## 1\. Disconnect access through Meta

In your Facebook settings, open Business integrations, find PWI Ads MCP and remove its access. Business administrators can also review app access in their Meta business settings. The exact controls depend on how the connection was authorized.

## 2\. Send a deletion request

Email [apps@pwi.digital](mailto:apps@pwi.digital?subject=PWI%20Ads%20MCP%20data%20deletion) with the subject “PWI Ads MCP data deletion”. Include your business name, the affected business portfolio or ad account ID, and an email address where we can contact you. Never send passwords, access tokens or app secrets.

## 3\. Verification and response

We may ask for information needed to confirm your authority over the connection. Once verified, we will explain the affected records, remove applicable credentials and retained integration data, and confirm completion or explain any lawful retention exception. We will provide the expected completion timing in our response.

## What deletion covers

This request concerns information held by PWI for the integration. It does not delete your Facebook account, Meta business portfolio, ads or information independently retained by Meta. If information has been sent to a service provider on PWI's behalf, we will address that information as part of the request.
