# PWI Ads MCP privacy notice

PWI Ads MCP is an integration being developed by PWI Digital to support advertising management and reporting for authorized client businesses.

## Current availability

The integration is deployed for internal setup and testing and is not available for general client onboarding. Deployment does not indicate that Meta has approved the app or that a client has connected an account.

## Information and purpose

When you authorize a supported connection, the integration is intended to access the business assets you permit: ad accounts, campaigns, ad sets, ads, creative materials, associated Page information and advertising performance. Account identifiers and authorization credentials enable the connection. Information about the person authorizing access may be used to identify that connection.

We use authorized information to prepare reports, analyze advertising performance and carry out campaign work within the agreed client service. Authorization does not give PWI permission to use unrelated business assets. The integration is not intended to collect private messages or lead-form submissions.

## Access and sharing

Access is intended for authorized PWI staff working on the relevant client engagement. Meta processes requests to its services. Cloudflare operates the Worker hosting the integration, its D1 database and its KV storage. The database stores encrypted Meta access tokens, connection identifiers and account metadata; short-lived login state is stored in KV. PWI's self-hosted Infisical instance manages deployment and application secrets. Cloudflare also holds the runtime secrets needed to operate the Worker.

The server does not itself call an AI model. When an authorized operator connects an AI client, tool results are sent to that client and may be processed by its AI provider. PWI will identify the applicable provider and authorized use before sending client advertising data through that connection. Self-hosting does not by itself mean that data stays entirely on PWI's systems.

PWI does not sell information received through this integration or use it to build advertising audiences for unrelated clients. Client information is used for the authorized service, support, security and applicable legal obligations.

## Retention and disconnection

Connection records and cached account metadata remain in the database until removed by PWI; the current deployment does not automatically expire these records. We review and remove records when no longer needed for the authorized service, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations. OAuth login state expires after 10 minutes. The admin session cookie lasts up to seven days and issued MCP access tokens last one hour. Stored Meta tokens have the expiry assigned by Meta.

You may revoke the app's access through Meta and request deletion of information held by PWI. Revoking access stops future authorized retrieval but does not itself delete previously retained information. Requested removal of database records is handled by PWI rather than an automatic deletion endpoint. Cloudflare's infrastructure and recovery systems may retain copies according to its service policies.
