# PWI Digital publishing terms

These terms cover authorized use of PWI Digital's publishing app. A separate written client agreement governs any paid engagement.

## Authorization

Use the app only for accounts, business assets and content you own or are authorized to manage. Connect only the intended accounts and review the permissions requested by each platform. Access to the app does not transfer ownership of your accounts or content to PWI.

## Content and instructions

You retain your rights to content you provide. You authorize PWI and the connected service providers to process and transmit that content as needed to perform the publishing instructions you or your authorized operators give. You are responsible for the accuracy, rights, required disclosures and legality of the content and for reviewing the selected destinations and publication times.

## Platform rules

Use must comply with applicable law and each connected platform's terms and content policies. Do not use the app for unlawful content, unauthorized account access, deceptive activity or spam. YouTube features use YouTube API Services, and users of those features must comply with the [YouTube Terms of Service](https://www.youtube.com/t/terms).

## Availability and publishing results

The app is currently being configured and tested. Available features depend on provider permissions, reviews, API eligibility, network access and the operation of PWI's hosting infrastructure. Scheduling an item does not guarantee publication. Authorized operators should review publication status and any error returned by a provider. No business outcome or continuous availability is promised by these terms.

## Ending access

You may revoke provider authorization at any time and contact PWI to end access or request deletion. Revocation does not remove content already published on a platform. PWI may suspend access needed to address unauthorized use, security problems, policy violations or the end of an authorized engagement.

Follow the [data deletion instructions](https://pwi.digital/privacy/social-publishing-deletion/) to request removal. The app is provided as available, subject to any separate written agreement and rights that cannot be excluded by law. We will update these terms when the service changes and identify the revision date above.
