Our commerce work is grounded in WooCommerce storefront engineering and Amazon marketplace operations, including seller-fulfilled and FBA workflows, packing and labeling tools, identifier changes, and profitability reporting built from the sources operators actually have.

Operating safeguards

Seller, customer, order, inventory, label, marketplace, and financial data is never exposed without explicit authorization.
Platform screens and exported files are treated as evidence inputs, not as proof of the final applied state.
Changes to live listings and fulfillment rules are staged, reviewed, and reversible.
Marketplace policy constraints are designed in, so an automation cannot do what a person is not allowed to do.

Commerce engineering for a specialty retailer

An anonymized specialty retailer operating a WooCommerce storefront alongside marketplace channels.

Problem: Store behavior, product presentation, structured data, shipping rules, consent, and performance fixes had accumulated across themes, snippets, and one-off plugins.
Our role: Diagnosis, WooCommerce plugin engineering, test design, rollout planning, and release management.
Delivered: A versioned modular plugin covering product schema, taxonomy and category controls, shipping behavior, consent governance, and asset delivery, with tests and module-level rollout controls.
Verification: Deployed to production (checked 2026-08-22)
Result: The versioned plugin is active on the live store, with specific modules verified through tests and live rollout checks.
Outside scope: Scope covers implementation and deployment verification. It makes no traffic or revenue claim.

A packing and shipment workflow for marketplace fulfillment

An anonymized retailer preparing inventory for a major marketplace's fulfillment network.

Problem: Box contents, item identity, weights, and label decisions crossed spreadsheets, reports, marketplace rules, and physical packing work.
Our role: Product design, application engineering, marketplace integration, and release operations.
Delivered: A versioned internal application for shipment preparation, box-content reconciliation, barcode and label decisions, weight handling, operator checkpoints, and recovery from a bad release.
Verification: Internal system in use (checked 2026-09-01)
Result: The current application, release artifacts, and operator workflow are in active internal use.
Outside scope: The proof covers the software and process controls, not marketplace approval of an individual shipment.
