Infrastructure designed to keep the business running.

We build and improve the delivery, security, monitoring, deployment, backup, and recovery systems behind customer-facing and internal applications.

The whole system, not one layer of it

Hosting alone does not make a system reliable. Reliability is an operating discipline: knowing what is running, changing it deliberately, seeing failures early, and getting back to a known-good state when something breaks.

We treat the platform under your website, internal tools, and automations as a system with the same design, verification, and ownership rules as the software on top of it.

  1. DNS and edge Routing, TLS, caching, and protection in front of everything.
  2. Application Environments, deployments, health checks, and resource limits.
  3. Data and integrations Databases, queues, and the external systems the application depends on.
  4. Observability Logs, metrics, alerts, and the ability to tell noise from failure.
  5. Backup and recovery Snapshots, restore evidence, and rehearsed recovery.
  6. Controlled change Reviewed, staged, reversible deployments.

Where we intervene

Edge and delivery

Fast, protected, and cheap to serve.

  • Cloudflare-native applications and static delivery
  • Caching, routing, and TLS
  • Protection against abuse and bots

Application operations

Running the application deliberately.

  • Separate preview and production environments
  • Deployments with health checks and versions
  • Resource boundaries and service ownership

Security and access

Least privilege, everywhere.

  • Scoped credentials and secret handling
  • Private access to internal systems
  • Auditability and credential rotation

Monitoring and diagnosis

Knowing what is happening before someone reports it.

  • Meaningful health checks and alerts
  • Structured logs and traces
  • Separating upstream noise from application failures

Recovery

Getting back to a known-good state, quickly.

  • Snapshots and backups with restore evidence
  • Rollback packages for every change
  • Documented recovery procedures

Typical starting engagements

Most work begins with one of these. Each is scoped, reviewable, and complete on its own.

Safeguards and evidence

  • We do not imply uptime guarantees, around-the-clock support, or compliance certification unless it is part of a documented agreement and a verified control set.
  • Access follows least privilege and is documented so it can be revoked.
  • Every production change is rehearsed with a rollback path and a checkpoint to return to.
  • Recovery claims are backed by restore evidence, not by the existence of a backup.

A Cloudflare website platform with controlled releases

PWI.Digital's own public website, inquiry path, and machine-readable content surface.

Problem
Replace a page-builder site with a versioned platform that is fast to serve, inexpensive to operate, secure by default, and recoverable after a bad release.
Our role
Content architecture, design, engineering, delivery pipeline, migration, and operation.
Delivered
Astro pages and assets on Cloudflare Workers, progressive enhancement for search and interaction, a validated and rate-limited inquiry API with email delivery, strict response policies, preview and production environments, legacy redirects, markdown delivery, and a public API catalog.
Verification
Verified live in production (checked 2026-09-02)
Result
The public pages, inquiry delivery path, redirects, markdown negotiation, API discovery, and route-level rollback were verified live.
Outside scope
This is technical delivery evidence, not a claim about traffic, leads, or commercial performance.

Capabilities used in this system

Usually called: hosting, web hosting, WordPress hosting, VPS, server management, Cloudflare, DevOps, backups, migration, uptime, monitoring, security, SSL. We do them as parts of one system rather than as separate services.

Questions we hear early

Who owns the infrastructure?

You do. Accounts, domains, and providers stay in your name, and we work with scoped access.

Which providers do you work with?

Cloudflare for edge delivery and Workers applications, and self-hosted or cloud infrastructure where it fits. We choose per workload, and we say why.

What are your support hours?

We do not offer around-the-clock support. Response expectations are agreed per engagement and written down.

How are incidents handled?

With a documented procedure. Detect, contain, restore to a known-good state, then explain what happened and what changes.

How do you test backups?

By restoring them. A backup that has never been restored is an assumption, and we treat it that way.
