Information you submit

The "Start a project" form asks for your name, business email, company, an optional website or system URL, the solution area closest to your problem, a description of the bottleneck and the outcome you want, optional timing and budget context, and your consent to be contacted. We use this to understand your inquiry and reply to it.

Submissions are delivered to PWI.Digital's business mailbox and, where configured, to our inquiry tracking system. They are kept as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any resulting engagement, then deleted or anonymized. Email you send us directly is handled the same way.

Essential platform data

The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web server, Cloudflare's network processes request metadata such as your IP address, user agent, and requested URL to deliver pages, protect against abuse, and produce operational logs. Our form endpoint uses your IP address transiently to limit repeated submissions. These logs are retained for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.

The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless measurement script served by Cloudflare that records page views and performance timings without using cookies or following visitors across other sites. If an anti-bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile) is enabled on the form, Cloudflare may process limited browser signals to distinguish people from automated traffic. Site fonts are hosted on this domain.

Google Analytics and advertising features

Google Analytics may process the page URL, referrer, interaction and timing information, approximate location, and browser and device information to produce site-usage reports. It may set first-party analytics or advertising cookies, including cookies whose names begin with _ga. The site can grant Google consent types for analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising user data, and ads personalization. The current Tag Manager container has a Google Analytics tag and no separate Google Ads or remarketing tag.

The Google tag loads through Cloudflare's Google Tag Gateway at a first-party pwi.digital path. Measurement requests go to that path and Cloudflare forwards them to Google. The gateway is configured not to pass your original IP address to Google. Using a first-party route does not make Google Analytics a PWI.Digital-only service: Cloudflare and Google still process the request as providers.

Google Signals is enabled and ads personalization is allowed in the Analytics property. For eligible visitors, Google Signals can associate Analytics activity with information from signed-in Google users who agreed to that association in their Google accounts. The Analytics property's user-provided-data capability is enabled, but automatic form detection is off and this site does not currently send form values, names, email addresses, or customer IDs to Google Analytics. Collection of available granular device and location data is on.

Where prior consent is not required, the four Google consent types above are granted by default. In the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, they default to denied until the visitor accepts. In that denied state, the Google tag may send limited cookieless measurement signals but does not use analytics or advertising cookies. A saved opt-out or a browser Global Privacy Control signal prevents the Google tag from loading.

Your analytics choice

The site stores your choice as granted or denied in browser local storage under pwi.analytics-consent.v1. A session-storage value under pwi.analytics-region.v1 remembers whether prior consent is required for the current browser session. These functional settings are not analytics cookies. A saved choice remains until you change it or clear the site's browser storage.

You can opt out at any time. The site sends denied consent states if the tag is active, removes accessible Google analytics and advertising cookies for this domain, reloads the page, and prevents the tag from loading on later pages. Clearing browser storage resets the saved choice and returns the browser to its regional default. Global Privacy Control is treated as an opt-out.

Manage analytics and advertising choices

Purposes and legal basis

We process inquiry data to respond to your request and, if you become a client, to perform the engagement. We process essential technical data and cookieless Cloudflare Web Analytics on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and improving a secure, reliable website. We use consent where law or Google policy requires prior consent for Google measurement and advertising features. Elsewhere, those features are on by default based on our interests in measurement and marketing, subject to the opt-out and privacy rights described here. The form's permission to contact you is separate from the analytics choice.

Service providers

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site, delivers form submissions, provides cookieless Web Analytics, and operates the first-party Google Tag Gateway. Google LLC provides Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics when the applicable privacy state allows those features to run. Our business email provider stores received inquiries. We do not sell the content of inquiries. When Google features are active, measurement and advertising-use data may be processed across Google services according to the consent signals, property settings, and Google's terms.

The Google Analytics property's retention controls are currently set to 2 months for event data and 14 months for user data, with user-data retention reset when new activity occurs. Those controls apply to data associated with cookies or identifiers; standard aggregated reports may remain longer. Sharing and transfers

Data is shared only with the providers above, with professional advisers where necessary, or when required by law. Providers may process data in other countries under their own safeguards.

Your choices

You can use the privacy-choices page above to opt out of Google measurement and advertising features. You can use the same control to opt out if applicable law treats this processing as targeted advertising, a sale, or sharing. We also honor browser Global Privacy Control as an opt-out. You can also ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent to be contacted by emailing hello@pwi.digital. Deleting inquiry data may mean we cannot continue a conversation you started.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS with a strict content security policy, form input is validated and bounded, and delivery credentials are kept out of the codebase. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not promise otherwise.

Changes

We update this notice when the site's behaviour changes. The effective date above reflects the latest revision.
