PWI Digital publishing privacy notice
This notice covers PWI Digital's business publishing app and the information used to connect and operate channels you authorize.
Updated October 28, 2026. Responsible organization: PWI Digital. Contact: hello@pwi.digital.
Availability and scope
The app is being configured and tested. It is intended for PWI Digital and businesses that authorize PWI to manage their content. Provider approvals and account connections are separate requirements; this notice does not represent approval by a platform.
Information the app handles
- Operator account information used to sign in and manage the publishing workspace.
- Connected account, Page, channel, board or business-location identifiers, names, profile images and related metadata returned by the platform.
- Authorization and refresh tokens needed to maintain connections, with the scope and expiry assigned by each platform.
- Text, links, images, videos, drafts, schedules and settings that authorized operators supply for publication.
- Publication identifiers, status and error information, and supported engagement or analytics data used to display publishing results.
The information available for a connection depends on the platform, permissions granted and features used. The app is not intended to collect private messages, lead-form submissions or unrelated business records. If a platform bundles broader permissions, operators must still use the connection only for the authorized publishing service.
How information is used
We use connected information to identify the destinations you select, maintain authorization, publish or schedule content as instructed, display results, provide support, and protect and troubleshoot the service. Access is limited to authorized operators working on the relevant business workspace and administrators responsible for operating the service.
We do not sell connected-platform information, use it for unrelated advertising or audience building, or use it to train general-purpose AI models. Connected-platform information is not sent to AI features as part of this publishing setup.
Google and YouTube information
When a Google connection is enabled, Google API data is used only for the authorized features, such as identifying and publishing to a selected YouTube channel, displaying its supported analytics, or managing a selected Business Profile location. PWI Digital's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Google API data is not used for advertising, credit decisions, sale to data brokers or training generalized AI models. Humans may read that data only with your affirmative agreement to view the specific information, for necessary security investigation, to comply with law, or as aggregated information for internal operations as permitted by that policy. YouTube connections are also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
Hosting and sharing
PWI operates the publishing application and its database and media storage on infrastructure under its control. Tailscale provides the HTTPS network access used by the app. Application credentials are managed through PWI's Infisical secret-management service and runtime configuration. Authorized administrators can access these systems to operate, recover and support the service.
Content and necessary connection data are sent to the platform you select to carry out the requested operation. Those platforms process and retain information under their own policies. Operational providers may process connection and request metadata needed to deliver or secure the service. We may disclose information when required by law. We do not make connection tokens public or include them in published content.
Retention
Connection records, drafts, uploaded media and publication history remain in the service until removed by an authorized operator or administrator. Disconnecting or revoking an account does not by itself delete all retained content or history. We review and remove information when it is no longer needed for the authorized service, support, security or applicable recordkeeping obligations.
You may request deletion at any time. We will verify your authority, identify the affected records and confirm completion or explain any required retention. Recovery backups may retain copies until replaced under the applicable backup process; those copies are restricted to recovery and are not used for ongoing publishing.
Revocation and deletion
You can revoke a connection in the platform's connected-app settings. For Google connections, use Google Account connections. Revocation prevents future use of that authorization but does not remove content already published on a platform or all information previously retained by PWI.
To request access, correction or deletion, contact hello@pwi.digital and follow the publishing data deletion instructions. Do not email passwords or tokens.
Security and updates
The application uses HTTPS, authenticated workspaces and restricted administrative access. No service can guarantee absolute security. We update this notice as connected features or data practices change and update the date above.
The website privacy notice separately covers browsing pwi.digital. See the app overview and publishing terms for the service's intended use.
