Where it fits
An experience is the front door of a system. It is judged by what happens after the click, whether the lead reached a person, the order reached the warehouse, or the operator found the record. We design the door and the corridor behind it together.
This capability is not “website design” in the brochure sense. A landing page for a service business, an operator screen for a returns desk, and a storefront category page are all experiences, and each has a job in a larger flow. The work starts by naming that job and the system that has to receive the result.
Operating safeguards
- Performance, accessibility, and conversion evidence is reported only when measured against a defined environment and date.
- Existing URLs, analytics events, and consent behaviour are preserved or migrated deliberately, never dropped silently.
- Every page works without JavaScript. Scripts only enhance.
- Content stays in a model you own, so a future CMS change does not require a redesign.

Commerce engineering for a specialty retailer
An anonymized specialty retailer operating a WooCommerce storefront alongside marketplace channels.
- Problem
- Store behavior, product presentation, structured data, shipping rules, consent, and performance fixes had accumulated across themes, snippets, and one-off plugins.
- Our role
- Diagnosis, WooCommerce plugin engineering, test design, rollout planning, and release management.
- Delivered
- A versioned modular plugin covering product schema, taxonomy and category controls, shipping behavior, consent governance, and asset delivery, with tests and module-level rollout controls.
- Verification
- Deployed to production (checked 2026-08-22)
- Result
- The versioned plugin is active on the live store, with specific modules verified through tests and live rollout checks.
- Outside scope
- Scope covers implementation and deployment verification. It makes no traffic or revenue claim.
A Cloudflare website platform with controlled releases
PWI.Digital's own public website, inquiry path, and machine-readable content surface.
- Problem
- Replace a page-builder site with a versioned platform that is fast to serve, inexpensive to operate, secure by default, and recoverable after a bad release.
- Our role
- Content architecture, design, engineering, delivery pipeline, migration, and operation.
- Delivered
- Astro pages and assets on Cloudflare Workers, progressive enhancement for search and interaction, a validated and rate-limited inquiry API with email delivery, strict response policies, preview and production environments, legacy redirects, markdown delivery, and a public API catalog.

- Verified live in production (checked 2026-09-02)
- Result
- The public pages, inquiry delivery path, redirects, markdown negotiation, API discovery, and route-level rollback were verified live.
