Custom software for the gaps between your tools.

We build internal applications, APIs, event pipelines, integrations, dashboards, and operator workflows around the responsibilities your business already has.

What we deliver

  • Process and responsibility mapping
  • The buy, configure, integrate, or build decision, made explicitly
  • Domain model and data ownership
  • APIs, webhooks, imports, scheduled reconciliation, and queues
  • Internal interfaces and operator actions
  • Validation, idempotency, retries, exceptions, and audit records
  • Authentication, authorization, secrets, and least privilege
  • Testing, deployment, observability, maintenance, and rollback

Where it fits

Most businesses do not need a platform rewrite. They need the two systems that never agreed to start agreeing, and a small tool for the work that currently lives in a spreadsheet. This capability provides exactly that, and no more.

Custom does not mean large. The right amount of software is usually a queue with owners, a well-defined API between two systems, and a dashboard that tells the truth. We build that, on infrastructure that is cheap to run, with the operating habits described on the Approach page.

Operating safeguards

  • Integrations are described in public-safe terms. Private endpoints, credentials, identifiers, and topology stay private.
  • Every integration handles retries, duplicates, and partial failure by design.
  • Secrets live in a secrets manager, never in code or configuration files.
  • Systems are documented so another engineer can maintain them.

Verified work

Lead handling that connects inquiry, CRM, and conversion feedback

An anonymized Southern California home-services operator using website bookings, inbound calls, a CRM, and paid acquisition.

Problem
Lead records and booked or won outcomes moved through separate systems, making follow-up fragile and preventing the acquisition channel from learning from downstream results.
Our role
Lead-flow design, integration engineering, CRM workflow design, and governed AI call handling.
Delivered
A Cloudflare integration layer that routes website bookings into the CRM, keeps lead-source and opportunity state aligned, sends scheduled and won outcome events to the advertising platform, and applies guardrails to disclosed AI call handling.
Verification
Verified live in production (checked 2026-07-07)
Result
The live website booking path, CRM record creation, and scheduled outcome event were verified end to end.
Outside scope
This example makes no claim about lead volume, revenue, or campaign lift.

A packing and shipment workflow for marketplace fulfillment

An anonymized retailer preparing inventory for a major marketplace's fulfillment network.

Problem
Box contents, item identity, weights, and label decisions crossed spreadsheets, reports, marketplace rules, and physical packing work.
Our role
Product design, application engineering, marketplace integration, and release operations.
Delivered
A versioned internal application for shipment preparation, box-content reconciliation, barcode and label decisions, weight handling, operator checkpoints, and recovery from a bad release.
Verification
Internal system in use (checked 2026-09-01)
Result
The current application, release artifacts, and operator workflow are in active internal use.
Outside scope
The proof covers the software and process controls, not marketplace approval of an individual shipment.

An internal control plane for governed AI engineering work

PWI.Digital's own engineering operation across multiple repositories and execution environments.

Problem
AI-assisted work needed shared context, per-session isolation, approval boundaries, traceability, and a reliable fallback without exposing private infrastructure.
Our role
Architecture, implementation, integration, and operation.
Delivered
A private control plane with local-first agent runtimes, isolated sessions, approval checkpoints, traced fallback execution, health checks, and a verified rollback path.
Verification
Internal system in use (checked 2026-08-31)
Result
The control plane and dashboard are in internal use, and the recovery path was verified.
Outside scope
This is evidence of the governance pattern used in client automation work, not an off-the-shelf product claim.

A Cloudflare website platform with controlled releases

PWI.Digital's own public website, inquiry path, and machine-readable content surface.

Problem
Replace a page-builder site with a versioned platform that is fast to serve, inexpensive to operate, secure by default, and recoverable after a bad release.
Our role
Content architecture, design, engineering, delivery pipeline, migration, and operation.
Delivered
Astro pages and assets on Cloudflare Workers, progressive enhancement for search and interaction, a validated and rate-limited inquiry API with email delivery, strict response policies, preview and production environments, legacy redirects, markdown delivery, and a public API catalog.
Verification
Verified live in production (checked 2026-09-02)
Result
The public pages, inquiry delivery path, redirects, markdown negotiation, API discovery, and route-level rollback were verified live.
Outside scope
This is technical delivery evidence, not a claim about traffic, leads, or commercial performance.
